### Cancellations & Changes to Subscription Packages
It is highly recommended to make a prior request before the beginning of the billing cycle for any cancellations or changes for the consequent month you desire to have the changes made.

For Subscription Services: Refunds on Cancellations will depend on the day the cancellation is made in relation to your Monthly Billing Cycle date/the day of the month when you subscribed to the service/package

e.g., 15th of May 2021 to 15th of June 2021 or 27th of December 2021 to 27th of January 2022). If a cancellation request is placed during the first 7 days of the beginning of the monthly billing cycle then the amount for that month will be refunded & the subscription service will be canceled. However, if the cancellation request is placed after 7 days of the commencement of the billing cycle, NO REFUNDS will be granted & the customer will have the choice to continue service subscription till the end of the billing cycle since already paid or cancel subscription immediately.

Please Note: No refunds of any previous month/s will be provided whatsoever.

For One-Time Coaching Session: Once the Session has started & also in the case of Client no-show or late-show NO REFUNDS will be granted neither will any refund be granted after the one-time coaching session is completed.

These terms of cancellation remain at the discretion of the service provider &/or the owners & are subject to change at their discretion at any given time.
